Description of event:

How it works:

Fishguard and District Round Table would like to invite you to partake in this year’s ‘Cawl Crawl Challenge 2016’.

The aim of the day is for local businesses to open up their premises to establish who can create the best Welsh Cawl, from locally sourced produce. We invite locals and visitors to follow a ‘Cawl Crawl’ each deciding on which and how many establishments to visit, thus allowing judging for the best Cawl by completing a scorecard.

Judging cards will include the list of participating premises;
The participant entry fee (See costs above) will entitle each taster to a sample at each of the participating premises. Last year over 1000 bowls of Cawl were served!

This is Round Table’s ninth Cawl tasting challenge;

Who will beat last year’s champions The Glendower for best cawl and The Globe for best atmosphere!??

The competition is on!

Can you complete our full Cawl Crawl 2016? Make sure you arrive hungry!!

Would like to say a big thank you to all that came along to the Progressive Supper...on behalf of Ali and Guy, we enjoyed the event very much as a great showcase for local quality food and local talent...and well done to Round Table for organising it and to Cafe Celf, The Lounge and The Pendre for carrying out the rest of the event so well.
